Day 1: Pick up from Arusha and transfer to Ngorongoro Crater
On the first day of the 4 days safari, you will be met by a guide at a hotel in Arusha, and you will discuss the details of the 4 days Ngorongoro Crater safari. You will then set off to the Ngorongoro Crater, which will take you about 2 hours to get there. You will check into a lodge upon arrival, and you will have lunch.
You will spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge, and then you will have dinner in the evening. You will then retire to bed.

Day 2: Morning game drive and a cultural tour
On the second day of the 4 days Ngorongoro Crater safari, you will be served breakfast, and then you will be taken to a hotel in Arusha, and you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. You will spot animals rising from their habitats in search of what to eat. You will sight the big five and many more wildlife species, including the wildebeest, if it is the season of their migration. You will leave the crater and go back to the lodge for lunch.
After relaxing at the lodge, you will go for a cultural tour where you will engage with locals who will teach you about their culture and traditions. You will learn about their history and much more, and also see how they perform their cultural dance. You will be driven back to the lodge for dinner and your night’s rest.

Day 3: Walking safari and an afternoon game drive
On the second last day of the safari, you will be served breakfast, and then the guide will take you from the lodge and take you for a walking safari in the Ngorongoro Crater. You will get the opportunity to see wildlife at close range as you walk around in this crater. You will spot several ecosystems, and then you will go for lunch.
After having the lunch meal, you will conduct an afternoon game drive that will reward you with views of the big five animals, which are the lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes. You will spot other animals like the gazelles, wildebeests, bushbucks and many more. You will spend approximately 3 to 4 hours while on the game drive, and the guide will take you back to the lodge. You will be served dinner, and you retire to bed.

Day 4: Depart for Arusha
On the final day of the safari, you will be served breakfast at the lodge, and after breakfast, you will check out of the lodge. The guide will drive you back to Arusha. You will either be dropped off at a hotel or at the airport for a flight. This will mark the end of the safari.
